Rates
Daily Rates: $110 - $130 per night/up to two people plus applicable sales & lodge tax. Each additional over night person, add $15 to daily rate. Extra guest for (breakfast only) is $12.00 plus tax. Please call if you will have extra breakfast guests.
We have some nights with a two night minimum. High School graduation weekend, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, Fair week is (3) night minimum (Thursday, Friday and Saturday), opening weekend of Pheasant season which is the last weekend in October (Friday & Saturday), Thanksgiving and Christmas. Reservations
We will hold your reservation with a Mastercard, Visa, Discovery or American Express credit card by phone or a check for one night's deposit per room. To hold your reservation we must receive your deposit within one week from the date you make your reservation.
Whole House Reservations: For Family Reunions, Weddings, Scrapbooking weekends, Quilting Weedends, Corporate Retreats or other special occasions. 18 people maximum for sleeping arrangements. Call for rates.
Cancellations
Please remember we are a small Inn with limited space and if you must cancel please call us as soon as possible. If you cancel and we are not able to rebook and we have turned potential guest away, we will bill your credit card. If we rebook there is no charge. Group reservations of 2 or more rooms require a 30 day cancellation notice.
